Return Policy

At this time, we don’t offer refunds on any of the products sold on gigabeegraphics.com. All products are handmade at the time of purchase and can not be returned for any reason. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS!

Repair Request 

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept refunds or exchanges for any reason. However, we understand the materials on our apparel may be subjected to peeling, through no fault of your own. 

Exchanges 
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS! Unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange on any of the products sold on gigabeegraphics.com due to the nature of the product. All products are handmade at the time of purchase and can not be exchanged for any reason.

Canceled Orders
Customers have until 11:59pm, on the day of purchase of ANY products, and before the item is listed as shipped, to cancel their transaction. Once the item is marked as LABEL PRINTED or SHIPPED, it cannot be canceled.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and find a solution.
